Trillium at City Gardens Welcomes New Residents Home

Kelson Group Property Development (Kelson Group) is celebrating a significant milestone at Kamloops City Gardens as homeowners have started to move into Trillium, the 24-storey residential tower that has transformed the skyline of downtown Kamloops. The milestone marks the culmination of years of community engagement, planning, construction, and sales for Trillium with Alyssium, Orchid, and other buildings within the City Gardens development rising fast.

To date, 17 homeowners have taken possession of their homes in Trillium, with move-ins continuing daily over the coming weeks and months as the community steadily comes to life.
