Join me, and bring your kids if it’s easier.

In an age of AI, let’s talk about raising kids that
*can feel* *have language for sensation and emotion* *know tools for regulating* *respect their limits*

In celebration of women, this months free somatic workshop will focus on the challenging and beautiful work of being a parent. It will be a casual session, more like a conversation really. We will talk about where we feel most challenged, where we feel strong, and I will share some resources for modelling and offering deeper connection to the body (and also make sure we talk about WHY that’s so important)!

The workshop is March 27th from 5:30-6:30 and is free.
Located in downtown Kamloops. Just register by email with

Open to all womxn - parents, or not 💜

Differentiation is an important part of being able to heal.

An overwhelmed nervous system can’t get curious.

When we’re working on our individual or collective healing, we want to invite in more curiosity. Curiosity about our wounds, our patterns, our progress (and this one often overlooked!) 🫶

Noticing that it’s hard to separate into pieces or locate differences, doesn’t mean this work isn’t for you. It just means you’ve had a lot of practice of keeping yourself safe by resisting working in that way, and you may need support or a container to land while starting this work.

Join me for an online, small practice group where we start by working with differentiation for healing - what it means, how it feels, what it makes us think about.

Meeting weekly for six virtual sessions
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm PST
Starting May 5th
By donation - Max 8 participants

Hope to heal with you soon!
