Summary

This position creates a high level of customer satisfaction by utilizing their communication and coordination skills and rapidly returning a property back to the property owners following property damage or loss.

Job Duties

Oversee the complete rebuild process based on the approved scope of repair.
Coordinate and maintain the schedule of repair to completion.

Maintain ongoing communications with various stakeholders including property owners, project managers, and sub trades.
Conduct regular site visits around critical install dates to ensure timelines and correct deficiencies real time.
Maintain an excellent customer service process with the homeowner throughout project to completion and customer satisfaction sign off.
Facilitate customer satisfaction surveys.
Manage property access and contact information, including the tracking and coordination of lock boxes, keys etc.
Enter required project documents and status updates into our project management system.
Requirements

3- 5 years’ experience in any of the following fields - construction, restoration, abatement, property management/maintenance.
Strong computer skills.
Customer service.
Collaborative, able to work in a team environment.
Working Conditions

Ability to drive and visit projects covering a vast geographical area.
Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
