2016 has been warm and dry, allowing us to make quick work of the sheet metal at Pine Bungalows. Last week we completed installing 8000 sq/ft of sheet metal. It is always a good feeling to put the final piece of ridge cap on.

With our feet back on the ground, the 2x8 half log cedar siding installation has begun.

Inside, our plumbing and electrical rough-in is complete and insulation is well under way.

It's been a busy few weeks at Pine Bungalows after a big push to get the buildings up and weather proof in time for the holidays. We walked away from the site on Friday with our goal reached. All 13 cabins are framed and roofing membrane installed as well as windows in and a good portion of the interior framing complete. Now a much needed break before starting fresh in the New year!
