Our items for the Neonatal unit range from lap cover, blankets and preemie hats and clothes. Many nursing homes enjoy comfortable and colorful lap blankets ranging in color and styles. A small piece of comfort and joy to those who need it is priceless. Our out of the cold and crisis centre donations are in high demand all year round. Not only do we provide hats, but also the scarves, mittens, and comforters too. We are presently working on toys for children as a hat is not the only comfort a child may need. All of the items are made from the hearts of members in your communities and at our own cost; VSBarrie relies on the donations of wool, fabric, Knitting Needles, Crochet Hooks & Knitting looms to continue its work. There is a real need for these items in our communities and everyone’s help no matter how large or small is truly appreciated. Donations are accepted and appreciated!
