A Heartfelt Thank You — and a New Direction
To all my Spin City friends and supporters,
I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you who stood with me during the difficult years when Spin City was forced to close. Your encouragement, understanding, and integrity through that time meant more than I can ever express.
With all things considered, I will not be reopening Spin City in the near future. The reality is that the events of 2020 made it financially and logistically impossible to continue, or restart.
I have decided to cut my losses and refocus my efforts back on my prior involvement and advocacy work in social policies, political weakness to address real issues directly and effectively, and my personal work to help build a more inclusive and compassionate society for all of us.
While this chapter has come to a close, the mission hasn’t. I’ve launched a new platform — : — where I continue my prior decade of advocacy work and truth‑seeking that many of you supported back in 2020.
Your support during those times showed what a united community really means and can accomplish- together.
I hope you’ll join me in this next chapter so we can keep pushing back, keep asking questions, and keep standing for what’s right.

Hello fans! 👋😀
It is with great optimism and enthusiasm that I post this update to you.
I want to start by saying a sincere thank you to everyone who has supported my efforts over the years to bring roller skating back to our region, and, that I appreciate your patience as I work diligently in the background to reopen , once again.
They say that the 3rd time is the charm!
This time, though, I am seeking to acquire a self-contained, privately owned building, and one that I can transform into an authentic roller skating rink to serve you even better.
Although I can't give an exact date yet of when Spin City will reopen, I can assure you that I am currently in the process of relaunching Spin City as soon as possible. I will post more updates for you as the process unfolds, so stay tuned!
Again, I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. It has been a very difficult time for most of us over the last few years, and I hope that everyone has been able to shoulder the hardships brought upon us over this time.
In moving forwards, I believe that activities that bring the community together in a safe and fun environment where we can all share in a care-free experience with friends, family, and fellow residents is the best way to heal our wounds, put our worries aside, and strengthen our communities; and I am very eager to do my small part to provide this opportunity to you, and for you.
