Yoga is back on in the studio! For the month of August we can have a max of 8 peeps indoors at the Train Station . Preregistration is a must so we can keep track of who is attending. Go to vagaro.com and find Inside Out Personal Training and Spin Studio to see all available classes. Yoga will be available on Tuesdays at 6:30pm. Wednesdays 12pm. Thursdays 10am and on Saturday August 7 at 10am. $20/class. Let’s get some stretching in this summer 🙏🥰
