She is beautiful.

She is one of my dearest friends in the world and this post shows just a fraction of what a phenomenal human she is.

I officially finished which is an 8 week program while doing chemotherapy.

I must say that I am pretty damn proud of myself. I’m not going to lie, I got a bit emotional when I completed it. I had to dig pretty deep mentally but I got it done ☑️

Anything is possible when you put your mind to it 💪 I just proved it to myself.

Thanks for this awesome program. You are an awesome trainer.

Every Saturday morning a group of us meet up virtually and do a 30 minute workout from our at home online platform.

We usually chat for about 5 minutes before we start the workout. Just a catch up and check in to see how everyone’s doing. The general consensus this morning is that we all were feeling a bit tired. Not from a bad sleep, just an overall feeling of not having energy.

As we were chatting and then as we started our workout, I got such an overwhelming feeling of being thankful for these ladies.

You see no matter what is happening, we take the time to do this every weekend because we all know how healthy it is to do so and we all look forward to it.

Thank you so much ladies for being a constant positive part of my day.♥️♥️

Okay so a few things!!

All of us have been recovering, with the exception of Jadon 😏, from the worst stomach flu I’ve ever experienced and today is the first day in what feels like forever that I was able to get some movement in and I’m grateful for it!♥️

Secondly, the song used in my video was introduced to me by my little sis because it reminded her of when Jadon and I took the big step to move out of the city. Anytime I hear it it makes my heart happy, feel a sense of peace and that we’re completely in the right place.🙏🏻

And last but not least, I tried out the sample workout from our newest program coming out next month called and it is 👌🏻🔥🔥!

20 minutes, 5 days/wk, 4 week program - YES please!

The focus and goal of this one ladies, is making that time for you in your day your #1 priority, your JOB1!
