Welcome to 250, Lisa! Lisa’s been here since the beginning, literally. She booked one of our soft opening Reformer classes, and hasn’t looked back!

Lisa is our resident Pilates Princess but doesn’t shy away from the heavy lifting either. While 219 of her 250 Icon classes were Reformer-based (yes we counted), girl still prioritizes lifting heavy, with a Rebound class sprinkled in. She’s as badass on the Reformer as she is on that trampoline though, and we love her for it!

Thank you for growing alongside us, Lisa. We love having you in class & watching you push yourself day in & day out. Congrats on this major milestone, we can’t wait to see you at 500! 💖

The only workout you’ll regret is the one that didn’t happen.

Post class / Post cheering your neighbour on/ Post lapping the version of you that didn't show up for class / Post doing the hard things/ Post getting one step closer to your goals

Raise your hand if you've even been personally attacked by the Balance Trainers. From planks, to lunges, to attacking your abs... our Power Circuit & Functional Training classes wouldn't be the same without these guys!

Wondering which class is best for beginners? Honestly, all of them.

đź’Ş We work hard in all of classes, but you're always in control of the intensity.
🏅 All of our classes are filled with people that have been coming regularly (some are 250+ classes deep!), so you will feel like the new kid on the block in *any* class.
🥰 We've all needed modifications at some point or another, so don't feel uneasy letting your Trainer know if you need an extra hand.

The thing to remember: we've all been here. We've all been new, intimidated, insanely sore as our muscles adjusted to our new obsession. Stop talking yourself out of trying it and just book a class (any class)!

Cooking instructions: Add grip socks or runners, a hard hitting (sometimes explicit) playlist, and put in a dark room with vibey pink lights. Cook at room temp for 50 minutes, then serve sweaty.

For best results, surround with other women.
