We are reminding our community that Westmount School will be used by the Okotoks RCMP for routine training:

🔸July 6 and July 7, 2026
🔸Westmount School, Okotoks
🔸Increased police presence at the school
🔸Officers to practice scenarios that simulate high stress situations
🔸Use of sim-unition (sounds like gunfire)
Note: There is no threat to the public with the use of this training equipment.

It is the last day of school for all students!

What an incredible year of learning. We are so grateful to provide safe and encouraging spaces for students to learn and become positive community leaders. We hope you all have a safe and restful summer break!

Schools will be closed for summer break June 28 to August 27. We look forward to welcoming all students back on August 31 for the first day of the new school year.

Important Dates to Note:
June 25 - Final day of school for all students
June 26 - Operational Day for school staff
August 15 - Homerooms and timetables posted on Edsembli
August 21 - School offices reopen for Phone & Email Inquires
August 28 - Optional student learning transition day (check with school for activities)
August 31 - First day of school for all students
