-having your own tools will be a great asset
-working at heights is mandatory, if it is not up to date we can help you aquire a vaild certification

Perks of the job.
-As a lead carpenter you may be granted a company vehicle, if driving records are clean and have no past criminal record.
-Try and keep sites close to home.
-travel time is normally 15-45minutes after that if travel time is longer it will be paid accordingly
-we can arrange carpooling if sites are out of town.
- bonuses if projects are completed in a timely manor and quality control is at its best
