CUSTOM 2 LEVEL WALKOUT DECK & SUNROOM! ☀️

Our client asked us if we can handle an intricate design & build. We giggled and replied give us 8 weeks.
This beautiful project showcases a private deck for the master bedroom. That deck has a staircase that leads to the kitchen walkout deck that is massive to host all the parties you can think of! In the winter the party doesn’t stop with the custom 4 season sunroom that’s accessible from the deck & in the living room.
Under all this is a shaded area to kick back and enjoy the summer! We pride ourselves on taking on the most challenging projects & delivering the best quality! 😁

LARGE OFFICE SPACE RENO! 📣

We had the honour to showcase our tiling work at this clients home. We made a custom shower base & built in shower niche. We installed in-floor heating for our client & the shower walls were professionally finished in a unique pattern that left the client smiling ear to ear!
Topped off with a large free standing bathtub to sit back and relax after a long days of work!😌

FULL TOWNHOUSE RENO 🏠
This townhouse was brought back to life with this full modern renovation!
It had a 40 year old untouched interior that was completely gut to the studs and re-done!
A beautiful white & grey colour scheme is implemented throughout the 3 levels.
This is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit that is now the icon of the street! A perfectly renovated area to cater to future family needs!

When it comes to your rental properties you must always ensure you have an up-to-date & building code complying fire escape staircase for your top units!
The old rotted out one was removed & replaced with this heavy duty build steel columns & Pressure treated wood design!
