8 weeks since we broke ground on this new build, and drywall is complete and taping starting tomorrow! We’re pushing hard to have this home wrapped up by January!

3 days, framing complete. Now time to switch things over to our good friends to complete the mechanicals

Old foundation removed, footings and new foundation poured. Onto waterproofing and backfill, and framing will begin next week!

Another brand new duplex conversion complete on the Hamilton mountain. This unit was taken back to foundation and completely redone.
