1️⃣ Rebecca Chambers

• Has a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy (University of Toronto) and a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology (York University).

• Has specialized treatment training in shoulder, hip, and running injuries.

• Former Commonwealth and Pan Am Games pole vaulter, plus a certified yoga instructor.

• She's completed 3 half marathons since retiring from high school competition.

2️⃣ Sharmila Kulkarni

• Has a Bachelors of Health Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University's School of Rehabilitation Science, a Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Science (Canadian Academy of Osteopathy & Holistic Health Sciences) and Masters in Aging & Health.

• Has over 25 years of experience in outpatient and inpatient orthopaedic physiotherapy.

• Her favourite exercise is doing the Chedoke stairs!

3️⃣ Adrienne Nichols

• Has a Bachelors of Kinesiology and Bachelors of Health Science in Physiotherapy (McMaster University).

• Has 24 years of experience in treating conditions of the hand, wrist, and elbow.

• Has expertise in custom splinting, wound care, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

• She loves exploring outdoor trails with her family and Cavailer King Charles Spaniel, Chester.

4️⃣ Michael Vallely

• Has a Bachelors of Health Science in Physiotherapy (McMaster University).

• Currently the Director of the Hand Clinic since 2005 with over 10,000 hours of hand therapy experience.

• Currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University's School of Physiotherapy.

• He's a musician and songwriter and can be seen around the city playing on St. Paddy's Day, at Reggae shows, and on the front porch.
