The Greater Toronto Area housing market continued to show signs of improvement in June, with home sales increasing compared to last year while new listings declined. šŸ“ˆ With market conditions tightening through the spring, the second half of 2026 could bring more competition between buyers and help support renewed price growth.

Here's a little breakdown:

• Last month's sales were 9.4% higher than a year before.
• There were 12.9% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
• The average selling price was $1,058,658, down 3.9% compared to June 2025.
