ImmunizeCA App - Immunize Canada The Canadian Public Health Association, Immunize Canada and the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute collaborated to develop an app for mobile devices that will help Canadians keep track of their vaccinations. The app is FREE and can be downloaded from iTunes, Google Play of BlackBerry World.
