9 Week High-Performance Goalie Power Skating Program

MONDAYS ** INTERMEDIATE**
(6:30-8:00pm)
WEDNESDAYS **ELITE**
(6:00-7:30pm & 7:30-9:00pm)

This is a fully integrated High Performance Development program starting May 22nd and 27th ending July 17th and 29th to optimize goalie development with 13.5 hrs on the ice training!

From on ice power skating, down skating, edges, speed, power & stick work, visual skills & tracking, game simulated scenarios, medicine ball training and much more... @ GTC in Hamilton!

This Program is aggressively priced to offer our students the very BEST off-season training at an affordable price!
