Nature Connection Workshop 🌿

Join us for a morning workshop to slow down, engage your senses, and connect more deeply with the natural world. Through guided mindfulness exercises, quiet observation, and gentle exploration, we will focus on the sights, sounds, textures and scents of the surrounding environment.

Participants should bring their own journaling supplies (paper, pencils, markers, etc.) as well as a comfortable chair, cushion, or blanket to sit on.
