When terror struck on October 7, Shlomit’s volunteer security team answered the call to protect others. Four brave men - Aviad, Reuven, Bechor, and Oriel z"l - lost their lives in a battle that saved hundreds. Now, in the face of loss, the community is rebuilding.
A new Synagogue Cultural Centre will rise in their memory - an enduring symbol of courage, unity, and hope in Israel’s south.
Join us on June 22nd for the Hamilton Negev Dinner honouring Rabbi Daniel and Tova Green as we raise funds for the Learning Centre, ensuring that the legacy of those four brave men endures through lively learning, discussion, continuity, and faith.
We will also hear from our keynote speaker, the former United States Ambassador to Israel, David Friedman.

Today, the HHA community came together to celebrate our graduating Grade 8 class with a special walkout parade. As students, teachers, and staff lined the halls to cheer them on, we reflected on the memories, friendships, and growth that have defined their time at the HHA.
It was a beautiful reminder that while our graduates may be leaving these halls, they will always be part of the HHA family.

Today, our students gathered to watch hundreds of donated cereal boxes topple in a domino display, symbolizing how one good deed can inspire another.
Thank you to our students, families, and staff for supporting this year’s Cereal Drive in support of the HJFS Kosher Food Bank, and to our dedicated PTA for bringing this meaningful display to life.
Together, we’re showing our students that kindness is contagious - and that one act of giving can make a lasting difference.
