I’m so excited to bring our community together at .hamont (Unit 207) at The Cotton Factory.

If you love Yoga in the Park, this will feel *very* familiar. Community vibes, pay what you can, big beautiful windows with lots of natural light during daytime hours, space to breathe… just a few steps indoors 😉

The Cotton Factory has so much character! With the exposed brick, amazing floors, and warm industrial charm, it makes the space feel grounded and welcoming.

These classes are by donation ($10–$25 suggested). Yoga mats and props are provided. Just bring you!

Do as much or as little as you like. Modifications and variations are available and offered throughout class.

You can just lay in the grass the whole time!

Classes are weather permitting. Cancellation notices are posted on our stories and website when inclement weather is expected. Those who register online will also be emailed.

No experience needed, just bring yourself and a mat if you have one (a towel or blanket works great too!)
