We're looking for two people to help take care of a quiet Hamilton Building. (Suitable for a semi-retired couple.) If you enjoy living in a nice clean building with excellent neighbours, and you're not afraid to pitch in, send us your information.

Qualifications:

· Excellent cleaning skills
· Having a general understanding of building systems (plumbing, electrical, etc.) is helpful
· Good communication and interpersonal skills

Duties:

· Rent and renew apartment suites
· Manage tenant relations and enforce rules of the building
· Clean and vacuum corridors, lobby, stairwells, elevator & Laundromat
· Daily walk-through of parking area and grounds, pick-up of debris
· Take out garbage bins for pick-up
· Sort blue boxes if required and take out for pick-up
· Maintenance of building equipment
· Appliance repair and moving as required
· Cleaning of apartment suites on move-out of tenants
· Snow and ice removal from pathways and walkways, including salting
· Fire Safety and security monitoring

Compensation:

· Lovely 2 Bedroom Apartment in a convenient Hamilton location (market value is approximately $1400/month)
· Starting salary $1200/month

Total: $2600

· There are also additional perks like parking, utilities, cable, full building bonus, etc.
