tructor and craftsman in residence. Vic has had the pleasure of holding various woodworking-related positions over the years. Following his job as editor for Canadian Woodworking & Home Improvement Magazine, he became the Woodworking Advisor at Lee Valley Tools, where he helped to develop tools and traveled around the globe to teach and present at various conferences, shows, and woodworking events. Now, Vic's main gig is VTW which includes teaching, co-hosting for the Fine Woodworking Shop Talk Podcast, blogging, lots of social media content, and contract work for international woodworking companies. Woodworking, writing, and teaching are Vic's three biggest passions, and he gets the opportunity to blend all of them in various forms of communication. Vic has written several articles for various magazines including Fine Woodworking, Canadian Woodworking & Home Improvement, and Australian Wood Review. He writes regular blogs for Fine Woodworking Magazine, and has authored two books: The Minimalist Woodworker and Projects from the Minimalist Woodworker.
