Let’s talk masks! (Everyone’s favourite topic! 😂)
Do your kids tolerate them? Do they hate them? Love them?
Colton has actually been pretty great with his! He very rarely fights to have it put on, understands he needs to wear in it stores and has learned to take it off, and hand it me when we’re done!

Our favourites have been:
-this one made by our friend
-our masks by my Aunt
-& ! We have tons of these in all different colours!

A couple mask tips!
-always have extras! I always carry multiples for each of us in my bag or purse. I also carry a “wet/dry” bag on longer outings with extra medical masks, hand sanitizers, surface wipes, etc
-keep them everywhere! We have some at home, in the car, in the stroller, and anyone who might watch Colton for me is always given 1 or 2!
-wipe your face afterwards! I always try to remember to quickly wipe our faces after wearing our masks, especially if they’ve been on for a while, hands up if you’ve developed mask acne! 🙋🏻‍♀️

Let us know your mask tips down below! Favourites, carrying tips, washing tips, etc! I’m sure we all need them! ⬇️
*please no mask debates, we are just following the rules, any unnecessary comments will be deleted! Thanks!!*

4 years ago my sister and I had the absolute honour of visiting the 9/11 Memorial & Museum in New York City. I’ll never be able to put into words what I felt that day but it was powerful. The Museum is beyond overwhelming, there are entire areas that you cannot film or take pictures in because of the graphic or sensitive nature of the items.

I will never forget that day, September 11th, 2001. I will forever remember where I was, how confused and scared I felt. Teachers scrambling to understand what they could and could not tell us, even they didn’t really even know either.
I remember the first time I heard a plane fly over my house again, I cried, I hadn’t heard one for so long.

My thoughts are with everyone who was affected by that day and the days following.

“No Day Shall Erase You From The Memory Of Time”
