Is your son or daughter transitioning out of the school system this June? 🎓 It’s a huge milestone to celebrate, but we know this can be a challenging transition to navigate. The Hub is designed to be that structured, engaging next step! Our adult day program focuses on continued life skill development, active community inclusion, and building a supportive peer network.
Community integration is a key component of our adolescent programming at Behaviour Innovations.
For our adolescent clients, programming targets the skills necessary for safe, successful participation in the real world. Whether it is navigating pedestrian routes, managing a transaction at a local store, or engaging in community recreational activities, our evidence-based strategies ensure that skills are reliably demonstrated in everyday environments.

Independence is not a one-size-fits-all milestone; it requires a highly individualized, strategic approach.
For our adolescent clients, we utilize specialized assessments to identify precise, socially significant transitional goals. Our team collaborates closely with families to design targeted treatment plans that build the specific competencies required for adulthood. We ensure every objective is measurable, functional, and meaningful to the individual's future.
