Working one on one with adults and seniors to help them learn to use a computer or tablet, smart phone, and DVD players. Help with any technological devices in the home. I come to you, we have lots of fun and you get to learn to use email, skype, facebook, picture editor, attachments, tips for more directed web searches, and any other questions you might have. Help organizing address books and mailing labels. sending pictures to be printed or printing at home.
This is why I love my work… I never know what I’m going to need to help someone with when I go to an appointment. This week I helped someone change all their email logins from Cogeco to Bell as their building made the change. I fixed somebody’s video doorbell. I got somebody’s computer going again. I fixed somebody’s monitor settings. I set up two Bell Fibe TVs. Fixed innumerable Passwords and an Apple ID… and set up photo streaming to a TV with no Internet connection. Set up EPICO Cogeco TV. All of this is what makes me a gadget gal. What a fun week.
School is out! Our Never Ending Apple class is over for the summer and we will be back in the fall for more laughter and learning.
