Are you SMART about your fitness goals.

I talk to a lot of people who say they want to get in better shape/get fitter/get healthy. But when I ask them what that means they get a puzzled look on their face. They haven’t taken the first step in creating SMART goals.

Getting Specific about what it means for you to be fitter is the first step in setting SMART goals.
What does getting fitter mean to you?
✳️Better endurance?
✳️More strength?
✳️Losing 15 pounds of body fat?
✳️Being able to get down on the ground and play with your grandkids?

Ask yourself that question, what does it mean for me to get in better shape or be healthier. By answering this first you are on your way to setting SMART goals and setting yourself up for success.
