🔸Now that we are seeing more maskless faces we can’t hide full expressions?

🔸Ohhh boy… I’m apologizing now!

🔸Good news Spring session #2 starts next week!

🔸Here are some things to remember!

-clear covid screening
-Dress in layers- soccer world can start off chilly...
- baby (or sometimes just you).
- good running/ walking shoes
-blanket to lie babe down- or snuggle up in
-water
-NO EXPECTATIONS! Know that if first time back or ever to a class - it’s okay to take it slow!

🔸For those new to Strollerfit here is the breakdown of class:

1. We start off by finding a spot on the turf spread yourselves out and set up your area (lay down blanket get settled)

2. Then we start sharing/ venting circle- just introductions, talk about successes, maybe need to vent, share resources etc for 5 minutes

3. A warmup (dynamic and get heart pumping)for 5 minutes

4. The heart of the class consists of strolling, handiwork, core work-20-30 minutes

5. Cool down and good byes! 5 minutes

🔸If you have yet to pay for the classes or only paid the deposit you can e-transfer the remainder. For those bringing bands full fee is $60 (the deposit was 15$) for those who need bands the full fee was $75 (deposit was $15). You can bring cash, cheque or e-transfer to this email! For those who have done 2 sessions in row and missed we will pro rate (and send you different link)!
