This woman introduced kindness and hope into the lives of everyone she encountered.
Next Friday evening, there will be a celebration of her life where everyone she touched will be getting together to reminisce, laugh, and remember our dear friend.
Be there. And when you see me, you'd better have your arms extended for a long embrace. Probably too long, but I'm socially awkward, and really don't understand social cues, so it is what it is.
We are in our 13th month. 3 lockdowns. Deaths from Covid are still on the rise. Mental health is worse than ever for most clients. Families have lost their jobs, homes and loved ones, and we are no further ahead than when we initially made this video

I know we've all been going through a lot lately. My business was shut down a few weeks ago and we really hope that at some point, we will be able to reopen. Everything is so up in the air right now.. but the one thing we can count on is music bringing us together.
I don't do this often, but since I took a solo trip up north to collect my thoughts for a couple of days, I thought I'd share with you a song I wrote for people going through what Catalyst is going through along with some visuals from my trip.
Again, please - take it easy on me, it took a lot of courage to post this, and if you have any advice, please don't hesitate to share.
