The building with a cupola to the left is The Queen's Hotel, demolished in 1927 to make way for the Royal York Hotel. Streetcars shown are the older wood-bodied cars that were inherited and reconstructed by the then-recently-formed TTC.
I digitally enhanced & colourized this image a few years ago.
