From April 27 – May 9, we’re bringing you our Spring Fling Challenge: 7 specialty intensives designed to challenge your strength 💪🏽 fire up new muscles 🔥and shake you out of autopilot 🌿

May Barre Babies is here 💛 and this one always fills fast. If you’ve been thinking about joining… this is your sign.

Our 8-week Barre Babies program is designed to help you rebuild strength safely postpartum, focusing on your core, pelvic floor, and functional movement for real life. Each class combines education + a carefully structured workout, so you’re not just moving… you’re also learning the why behind it all.

Babies are always welcome, and there’s zero pressure for a “perfect” workout. Feed them, hold them, pause when you need 👶🏼

May 2026 Sessions:

🗓️ Level 1 (Monday): May 4 – June 22 @ 10:45 AM
🗓️ Level 1 (Thursday): May 7 – June 25 @ 10:45 AM
🗓️ Level 2 (Wednesday): May 6 – June 24 @ 10:45 AM
*must complete Level 1 before enrolling in Level 2
