This is your chance to switch off the stress and tap into some creativity.

🌿 Join us for a soul-refreshing hike through the Cootes’ Paradise Trail! Surrounded by the beauty of fall, this event is a chance to appreciate the creations of Allah ﷻ, build community, and take care of your mental and spiritual health through thoughtful reflection and creative expression.

🧠 For Brothers
This hike will focus on the topic of mental health and Islam, exploring how our deen supports emotional resilience and well-being.

🎨 For Sisters
This hike will include a peaceful watercolour painting session. Surrounded by nature, you'll have the chance to unwind and express yourself creatively through art and reflection.
