Preparing for Anti-Wrinkle Injection Treatment

There are 3 anti-wrinkle injections: Botox, Dysport & Xeomin

• Avoid alcohol the day prior to your treatment
• Avoid taking medication that can thin your blood a few days prior to your appointment (Aspirin, Advil, Aleeve, Ibuprofen)
• Avoid supplements that have blood thinners properties a few days prior to your appointment (Gingko, Vitamin E, Fish Oil, Omega3)
• Add leafy greens to your diet which can boost Vitamin K & help to reduce possible bruising or swelling.
• To reduce discomfort, bruising and swelling, take Arnica pills the day before or the day of treatment and continue until bruising has resolved. Arnica is available over-the-counter.
• Attend your appointment with no makeup on
