Walking in the daytime, even on overcast days makes a Difference
Invest in a good sun lamp, I have had my sunlamp for 10 years 5-15 minutes twice a day
Invest in a good quality Vitamin D and B complex, not all vitamins are created equal unfortunately
Take a creative class or join a choir, it does wonders
And swear, cuss, dance, and create spells all you want because it sucks
Looking in the mirror is hard when you have a complicated relationship with your blood relatives. seeing their features on your face is not easy, and it can create distress about your own face. Learning to see features that are uniquely you, can help bring back a sense of sense when you are pulling back into the past emotionally
