In these on ice sessions, Rodney will focus on teaching your athlete to better understand where their skating power comes from, how to maximize stride efficiency and gain speed on the ice. Rodney has over 15 years of professional experience correcting and perfecting strides in both amateur and professional hockey players and athletes on the ice.
