🥯The Almost Everything Bagel

The result of a pleasant mistake when I forgot to add garlic to the topping mix has taught me a lot of people don’t like garlic in the morning. Even though I think garlic breath is better than morning breath over breakfast.

🍯🍁We add a touch of local honey and maple syrup to add subtle sweetness and most importantly this helps keep the bagels soft if you ever freeze them.
