60 minutes, is perfect for relaxation or focused work on 1-2 areas.

75 minutes, gives us more time to work on multiple problem areas without feeling rushed.

90 minutes, allows for slower, more comprehensive bodywork and is ideal if you’re dealing with both upper and lower body tension.

Therapist tip: If you have tension in multiple areas, 75 or 90 minutes often leads to a more effective treatment.
