Century Manor (formerly East House), built in 1874, is not going to be demolished, but restored. All of the other supporting grounds’ buildings were demod in recent weeks.
I spoke to a worker at the site and he stated that the new owners (he didn’t know what company it is) are in the process of cleaning out all the toxic material, debris and stabilizing the roof.
It’s not clear yet what the building, once cheapened up and restored, will become and what will be built on all of the land around it.
In the last pic showing rubble, you can see where the Barton Workshops, part of the Bunker, and part of where Inverness Place used to be.
So, Century Manor will live by serving some other purpose (not housing the Criminally Insane, as it did before).

Old farmhouse, slowly collapsing after chimney fell in, that I visited a few time a few yrs ago. I think that it’s fully collapsed by the. The “Carter House.”
