My very first spin, finally plied 🩷🧡🧶
The first 26g of a 140g braid. It's pretty uneven, ranging from a fi*****ng weight in some sections up to a worsted weight in others, but overall I'm quite happy with how it looks now that it's plied! You can really see my learning curve, especially if you compare this to my last post (where the single is much more consistent and thin). I've been finding that it's easier for me to draft for a thin single than something thicker, but I'm hoping to work on that so I can spin more than just lace and fi*****ng weight yarns.

To knit this sweater without the mohair, I recommend Swish Worsted.
