We are one of the largest not-for-profits in Hamilton; each year we provide service to approximately 1,000 children, teens, adults and families. Over 60 years ago, Community Living Hamilton was founded by a group of mothers who came together in a church basement to discuss how they could support each other and their sons and daughters with special needs. Everyone enjoyed cooling off with some sweet treats at our Ice Cream Social. With sunny days ahead, we're looking forward to making more memories, enjoying the warm weather, and celebrating everything summer has to offer!

🏆 We're excited to share that last night, Community Living Hamilton received a Gold Pinnacle Award from the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) Hamilton Chapter for our 2024–2025 Annual Report, Constellations of Care.
