Beyond OT

A core belief at Beyond OT is that "good enough is good enough". Parents carry so much shame and guilt about not being "perfect". We have fallen into this trap that "good enough" is settling and we should be striving for perfection.

We love gathering with parents and educators to share Circle of Security Parenting group! In this group we explore a roadmap to building a strong and caring connection with our children. Circle of Security Parenting supports you to feel more confident in your parenting choices, learn how to be stronger without being mean, kinder without being weak and build a caring, joy filled connection with your child.
