We've been in the habit of Renovating Homes and bringing them up to code, but this was a little Something Extra. 😉
Remember this Property from Hamilton? One thing we can't forget about this is that the Basement was really Small😬. So we started by moving the plumbing up, upgrading the panel, and also redoing the plumbing in the roughed-in washroom. We leveled the floor and redid the stairs to decrease the steep pitch. What we ended up with was a sweet in-law apartment with a Kitchenette, Full Bathroom, and One Bedroom!
The Basement had all sorts of weird problems, but it was still one of our Favorite Spaces.🫶
