POWER TO THE PEDAL! - an 8-week strength training program designed for cyclists. Every Tuesday 6-7pm
The team showed up tonight! ๐ช๐ฝ
We opened things up with a proper warm-up and mobility, then hit a full-body circuit: core, upper, and lower all built around fundamentals.
The engines are already there.
Now weโre building the chassis.
Glutes. Hamstrings. Hips. Core.
The stuff that keeps you powerful on the bike, efficient on long rides, and durable when the volume goes up.
This isnโt about smashing yourself for an hour. Itโs about stacking smart work, week after week, so the power you already have actually transfers to the pedals.
Iโm fired up to see where this crew is in 8 weeks and honestly, even more excited to see them next Tuesday . This is how real progress is made. ๐ฅ

Reminder: session one of our 8-week stronger cyclist series is on Tuesday January 6! We commence with InBody scans for all participants + dynamic warm-up & mobility + light strength circuit.
Arrive early if you want, we start moving at 6:00pm.
