Iv learned a lot about Shawn when he was a kid... Tons of fear, anger, sadness, and suppression (Yep, thats me in the photo)

Its been a journey to learn about how he felt, what he thought about and what he needed growing up... sadly, its quite depressing

However, its been in the discovery of "Inneer Child Work" that I have found such incredible healing and what I would say, the most powerful way to truly "renew the mind" 🔥
