From planning through to on-site delivery, you’ll take ownership of projects that protect and enhance long-term asset value.

You’re someone who can balance structure with ambiguity, manage multiple moving pieces, and stay steady when plans shift. You know how to lead, adapt, and deliver.

Over the years, Arvin has been a constant, steady presence as a Property Manager, overseeing a large downtown portfolio of approximately 800 mixed residential and commercial units. His role goes far beyond buildings - Arvin focuses on supporting and mentoring the teams who manage them, ensuring operations run smoothly and residents and tenants feel truly taken care of.

When asked what he enjoys most about his work, Arvin keeps it simple: creating community. Whether he’s spending time on-site, training team members, checking in with staff, or handling the many moving parts that come with managing properties in a fast-growing city, Arvin does it all with dedication and care.
