2025 was full of high highs and low lows 👆🏼👇🏼

Someone recently asked me how do I live my life so confidently. I had to really think about that because I’m probably one of the most self conscious people you’ll ever meet.

This is a reminder that social media is a highlight reel. Social media almost never 100% real. You will see content creators who post how much they love a product and don’t disclose they got that product for free or are being paid.. We live in a world where you need to do your own research all of time. I try to show the good and the bad but honestly, I don’t WANT to remember the bad constantly.. so it usually never ends up on the feed.

Ask questions to people you admire. Being wrong is okay as long as you look for the right answers.

2025 had me questioning friendships that I would pour into and never receive the same. 2025 had me lead with my heart. 2025 knocked me down more times than I could count.

At the end of the day - at the end of the year, you are responsible for your own happiness. No one else. When you listen to the safety instructions on a plane, they always say put your mask on first AND THEN help. Your mental health is the same.
