Being “woke” doesn’t mean you have to stop learning. Combating internalized anti-blackness is a constant process and we must never stop questioning our own assumptions about racism within our communities. Rather than holding your tongue when a family member/client/pal drops a racially-insensitive remark, speak up and educate those around you. 🖤
