This weekend: El Proximo presents the return of Montreal's Bobby Thompson from Studio Tango as he hosts six group classes, a practica and a milonga from Friday to Sunday, all at 2053 Gottingen St. Check elproximo.ca for details and availability for the classes, and come out for the milonga on Saturday at 9pm! It promises to be an unforgettable weekend, we look forward to seeing you there!
This week, Kirill Rosen DJs at Mexicali Rosa's for dancing from 9pm until midnight. That's Friday, November 25th in a new section of the bar with its own AC and more spacious seating! Admission is $7 and that goes directly to the box by the stereo system. It'll be tremendous!
This Friday, October 28th: Join DJ Kirill Rosen at Mexicali Rosa's from 9pm-midnight for a fantastic evening of tango! The cost is $7, payable directly to Dr. Rosen himself. We'll see you there!
This Friday: come join us at Halifax's newest and swankiest location for Argentine Tango, Serpentine Studios on Barrington St. It begins at 8pm, but if you get there after 8:15. enter through the Foggy Goggle pub, one street up on Argyle. It's scheduled to go till 11pm but may go as late as midnight if people insist upon it.
