Cygnus Diving Club

that all divers who have the desire to become competent in diving will be given the opportunity to participate in the appropriate activities. The club is committed to maintaining a presence in all aspects of the art and sport of diving. Goals:
- To develop and maintain technical programs that allow all divers to fully realize their potential
- To develop, support, and maintain a core of qualified coaches sufficient to provide a full range of club programs
- To establish a parents committee to help with meets, fundraising, etc...
- To develop, support, and maintain a talent identification and recruitment system to ensure a consistent succession of competitive divers and coaches
- To facilitate the development and administration of quality participation programs to promote an interest in and awareness of the club
- To generate financial resources to meet club needs, such as coaches salaries, pool time and equipment, while decreasing dependence on government grants
