On , we highlight the role the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) has played in drug seizure efforts through Operation (Op) CARIBBE.
On March 1, 2025, sailors from the Royal Canadian Navy ship HMCS Harry DeWolf / NCSM Harry DeWolf , with United States Coast Guard Law Enforcement Detachment personnel, interdicted 750 kg of narcotics worth $26.9M CAD.
Through Op CARIBBE, the CAF works alongside international partners to detect, monitor, and support the lawful interdiction of illicit trafficking in the Caribbean Sea.
