Dear followers,
After having to take a very sudden and very unexpected hiatus due to personal reasons for a few months, I am officially back to taking some orders to ease myself back into the swing of things.

I may be a bit biased here, but this is got to be by far my favorite cake completed yet! When asked if he would like to pick his own birthday cake or it be a surprise my husband requested three things
1. Something small, as neither one of us are big on sweets ( shocker I know)
2. The actual cake layers to be confetti flavor
3. Some form of strawberry element
The rest was up to me, so here we have lemon confetti cake filled with lemon pudding and diced strawberries, covered in a layer of white chocolate ganache and then another layer of strawberry buttercream, then topped with more lemon pudding, mini strawberry cheesecakes, white ganache and lemon macaroons and chocolate dipped strawberries
